This summer, FULFILMS ventured to Oregon’s beautiful Umpqua National Forest equipped with the MoVI m5, and the new 4k Panasonic GH4. The GH4 paired with MoVI m5 creates a remarkably lightweight and powerful rig. This combination is the the company’s go-to setup for most all productions.
The concept for “While We’re Young” incorporated black lights with UV paint and makeup. Splattering UV paint on the subject created a wonderfully abstract look. It was important to have high intensity ultraviolet lights for the colors to pop on camera, so average black lights would not have sufficed.
Recently, FULFILMS had the privilege of shooting a music video for The Krew, a young group of artists ages 9-14. Three-time Emmy Award winner, Debbie Allen, hand-picked five of the most talented artsits she had been working with for over five years at Debbie Allen Dance Academy to form a band.
It was important this commercial captured the essence of Ventura County, while leaving the audience appreciating the Oxnard Auto Center for being so community driven. Almost everyone in the cast were local which added real emotion to the spot. Aerial cinematography by UAV played a major role in showcasing the gorgeous locations.
